How old are you?
30.

What are you height and weight stats?
I’m 5’1 and weighed 180 lbs at the start of my journey. My weight has been dropping steadily each week since December 2011. For accurate weight stats you’re probably better off checking out my weight loss page to track my progress.

Blog Questions

What’s your blog about?
My blog is about living well.

Do you photograph and post everything you eat?
Yes, pretty much. Sometimes though, I don’t have my camera handy but you can be sure that I mention what I ate during that meal or snack. I make an effort to photography everything I eat but sometimes that’s just not possible. On those occasions, I might not have a photograph but I will give a description of what was included in my meal or snack. I don’t photograph beverages since I’m drinking something pretty much all day. My beverages usually include a morning coffee and water throughout the day. Sometimes, I will have a diet soda if I feel like something a little fuzzy.

How often do you update your blog?
I update my blog on a daily basis. Sometimes more if I have something I feel is worth sharing.

Weight Loss Questions

How much weight have you lost?
The number is constantly changing. Your best bet is to head over to my weight loss page to find my most current weight loss stats. Or, you can view my sidebar to see the total number of pounds I’ve lost.

What diet are you following?
Currently, I’m on Weight Watchers. I originally started my journey by counting calories. But, shortly after realized that I needed some support when it came to learning about portion control and eating a balanced diet. I see points mentioned in all your daily meal posts, what’s that about?
The basis of the Weight Watchers program is counting points. You can read more about what points are and how I manage my them here.

What is your goal weight?
Right now, I’ve set my goal weight to 135lbs.

Can you recommend a diet?
Not really. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.

Exercise Questions

How often do you exercise?
My goal is to exercise 4-5 times per week. Some weeks I get in 6 workout while other weeks I can barely manage 3. Generally though, I get in at least 4 workouts each week.

What types of exercise do you do?
